What a start to 2026: civil construction works are finished and the first of our brand-new homes are nearly complete. With Blenheim’s newest premium neighbourhood quickly taking shape, developer Hāpai Housing LP, together with Ka Uruora, warmly invites you to join us in celebrating the official opening of Waikārapi.

As well as celebrating this important milestone, this will be a fun afternoon for the whole whānau: we’re providing a sausage sizzle, ice cream truck and coffee cart, with plenty of activities for the kids: get all the energy out on our bouncy castle, and let them have a go on our ‘be a digger driver’ demo. We will also be be presenting prizes to the winners of our youth art competition, with their artworks proudly displayed on fencing. Walk the site, meet the team, and tour the first of our completed homes to understand the quality on offer at Waikārapi. Our build partners and sales teams will be on hand to answer any queries too.
