Marlborough's newest premium neighbourhood.

Thank you to everyone who attended our special uri pre-release of Waikārapi to celebrate the launch of this amazing development. We had such a positive response to what Waikārapi will be: Marlborough's newest premium neighbourhood.

The pre-release opportunities for uri of Te Tauihu iwi to secure a section to build on, or a land and house package through our build partners received a strong response, as have the quality, affordable housing opportunities available through our strategic partner Ka Uruora.

The pre-release closed with 53/94 sections either sold or on hold, it's all very exciting!

Ka Uruora Kaimahi have been very busy supporting whānau keen to take up one of the various pathways on offer at Waikārapi.  All Te Tauihu iwi have sent a pānui with the link and password to access the opportunities available to you through Ka Uruora

Setting: Your new neighbourhood boasts a community park with gardens, fruiting trees and a playground at its core. A tree lined loop road surrounds this community heart, with adjacent lanes. The entire development sets a new benchmark for Blenheim, with native plantings, street architecture and feature lighting. Waikarapi's design is focused on building a community at the foot of Te Hau: the ancestral maunga of Rangitāne and Ngāti Rārua. Waikārapi embodies our Tupuna's mana and drive to innovate.

Location: Waikārapi is nestled near Blenheim’s stunning Wither Hills, with easy access to walking trails, and open spaces. The scenic backdrop is not only a beautiful setting for your brand-new home, but offers protection from any southerly weather fronts. Located in the suburb of Witherlea, adjacent to the Wairau Hospital campus, the site also has excellent school zoning, is on the Southern bus route (with a stop close-by), and is just a short 10 - 15 minutes’ walk to significant open spaces (including Churchward Park, Oliver Park, Harling Park and A&P Park). Nearby shops offer convenience, and you’re just a 10-minute drive to Blenheim’s town centre.
